Mooring audits carried out in compliance with TMSA 3 guidelines , operators procedures and relevant industry regulations and guidlines.

 

Verification and control of all equipment before, during and after mooring operations.

Verification that all operators and Industry procedures and regulations are followed.

 

Observing all officers involved in mooring operation and evaluate the performance based on their ranks and responsibilities.

Control all documentations and checklist from operator, terminal are completed in line with requirements.

Final report to include non conformities, observations and recommendations.
